Step 2. To make sure there are no pending write requests in

the AMASS queue, view the queue with the

sysperf command. To stop the sysperf

command, use <Control-C>.

Step 3. To bring AMASS down immediately, enter the -f

(force) option:

of seconds, use the -t seconds option:

# sysperf

# /usr/amass/tools/killdaemons -f

# killdaemons -t 60
